Responsibilities As an entry-level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in creating databases and reports for our clients, including top FMCG companies and retailers. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting data entry processes to create databases according to client requirements, including selecting and validating data, and products, and checking their correctness in internal applications. * Working collaboratively with a multinational team and liaising with other European arenaflex Offices. * Daily collaboration in a virtual environment, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills. * Building knowledge and understanding of FMCG categories and markets in different geographies. * Providing outstanding customer service, including responding to inquiries, implementing change requests, and solving issues. * Striving for constant improvement by suggesting process changes and ensuring key performance metrics are met, including on-time delivery and quality. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A good level of both written and spoken English (B1). * Computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel. * Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. * Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt easily to changes. * A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
