About the Role

As a Data Entry/Mail Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth flow of mail and communication. You'll be responsible for handling inbound processing, assisting with outbound mailing services, and maintaining accurate records of receipt and mailing dates. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our mail and data entry processes.

Responsibilities

* Handles inbound processing and assists with the production of outbound mailing services

  • Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution
  • Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information
  • Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of information before it is entered
  • Secures information by completing database backups
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Performs other administrative tasks as required to support the office operations

Qualifications

* 2 years of office experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to type 35 WPM with high accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.50 - $17.50 per hour

  • Opportunities for overtime pay at a rate of $24.75 per hour
