Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex Customer Support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers to help them understand their coverage and options
  • Offer solutions to customers to resolve their issues and improve their healthcare experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Partners degree or equivalent experience
