Job Summary

We're seeking experienced golf enthusiasts to join our team of remote chat representatives. As a Titleist.com remote chat representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing exceptional shopping experiences, and sharing your passion for golf with dedicated enthusiasts. Responsibilities and Duties

As a Titleist.com remote chat representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and inspiring them with Titleist brand and product knowledge
• Utilizing Titleist golf equipment to demonstrate products and provide expert advice
• Familiarizing yourself with the Titleist site, related media, and searches to provide accurate information
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure customers receive the best possible advice
• Showing empathy and understanding in stressful situations, providing a positive experience for customers
• Participating in continuous improvement and performance excellence initiatives to ensure the highest level of quality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• Knowledge of the Titleist product line, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories
• Golf club fitting experience, with the ability to analyze and recommend the right equipment for customers
• Familiarity with top component brands, including shafts, grips, and other accessories
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers
• Ability to explain complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly in text form

Technology Requirements

To perform this role, you will need:

• A desktop or laptop computer with a Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
• A stable internet connection, with a minimum of 10mbps
• Reliable sound output, either through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets
