Data Entry Specialist Role
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to our mission of identifying and acquiring top talent from around the world. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying new opportunities, and analyzing professional profiles to find the best candidates for our searches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
- Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Collaborate with our multicultural team to ensure seamless communication and project execution

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- 1+ year of previous work experience (a plus, but not required)
- Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our global team
