Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • Tech experience is strongly preferred
  • The ability to read, write, and speak English
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
