Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow

Qualifications

While experience is not necessary, we're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in data entry and a passion for accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 60 plus WPM

Schedule
