Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our airline, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall travel experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to navigate various digital platforms. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assisting customers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling flights
  • Providing information on flight status, travel policies, and other related inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer transactions
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Staying updated on company policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
