Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about products and services, including appointment scheduling and follow-up
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience a plus
- A positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Have gaming experience (although not required, it's a plus)
