[Remote] Specialist, Talent Sourcing

They are seeking a Specialist in Talent Sourcing to support the development of diverse talent pipelines and contribute to outreach efforts to meet hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Use Boolean search and explore AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify talent aligned with Mastercard’s job openings
- Build and maintain organized talent pipelines using ATS, CRM, and recruitment marketing platforms
- Screen and vet potential applicants and provide a best-in-class candidate experience
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns
- Support talent nurture initiatives and events
- Contribute to employer branding through social media engagement
- Follow standardized sourcing processes and ensure accurate documentation in all systems
Skills
- Prior professional experience in talent acquisition or sourcing
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms, ATS, and CRM systems
- Exposure to AI-powered sourcing tools and automation technologies (e.g., candidate matching, automated outreach)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience using social media for talent engagement
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English; experience sourcing across different regions is an advantage
