The Role: Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative at Arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer requests, questions, and challenges across all channels, including email, SMS, and call
  • Utilizing help articles to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborating with your team to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Providing exceptional customer service, reflecting the highest level of professionalism and empathy

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer requests, questions, and challenges across all channels, including email, SMS, and call

  • Utilize help articles to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with your team to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, reflecting the highest level of professionalism and empathy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Natural troubleshooter, problem-solver, and multitasker

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts and communicate to technical & non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, along with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with macOS and iOS is required
  • Previous Salesforce experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and auto dealer products is desirable

Essential Skills:

  • Strong technical skills, including experience with macOS and iOS

  • Experience with Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and auto dealer products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
