Accounting Analyst
EvenUp is a rapidly growing company focused on closing the justice gap using technology and AI. The Accounting Analyst will manage daily financial operations, ensuring accurate data entry, processing invoices, and collaborating with various teams to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process for vendor management, credit card reconciliations, and employee reimbursements
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely processing of invoices and collections
- Identify ways to leverage our software suite to automate manual tasks and increase efficiency
- Partner with teams across the company to ensure spend is tracked correctly and deadlines are met
- Maintain a high bar for accuracy, ensuring that all financial records are audit-ready
Skills
- 1–3 years of related experience accounting (AP/AR accounting focused preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Comfortable navigating modern financial software and pick up new tools quickly
- Desire to understand the 'why' behind the numbers and grow into a more senior finance professional
- Attention to detail and pride in the quality of work
- Ability to meet deadlines without reminders
