Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Technical Recruitment Support

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Technical Recruitment Support plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience by managing interview logistics and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a positive impression of QXO throughout the hiring process
  • Manage end-to-end interview logistics, including virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones and functions
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design smooth interview experiences, aligning on structure, process, and candidate touchpoints
  • Handle recruitment operations by coordinating offer letters, background checks, and onboarding tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Track and maintain candidate data, interview documentation, and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and provide reporting that supports team insights and performance
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and elevate the candidate experience

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical hiring or fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Sound judgment and discretion when managing sensitive or confidential information
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly in dynamic situations
