Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members and providers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our products and services. This is a high-energy role that requires individuals who can adapt to changes quickly, work well under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound calls from members and providers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services, including claims status, eligibility, and benefit information
  • Utilize the Avaya system to manage calls, track interactions, and maintain customer records
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and courtesy when interacting with customers, even in challenging situations
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes quickly, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Empathy and ability to control conversation/call
  • Soft skills are essential for this role, including professionalism, caring, and a customer-centric approach
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Health insurance call center experience preferred

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $15.88 - $16.11 per hour
