Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare Call Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service by demonstrating empathy and understanding to customer concerns
  • Utilizing online resources to deliver accurate and timely information regarding the healthcare program
  • Navigating multiple software systems while on calls, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding department quality assurance standards and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Certification related to healthcare
  • Prior experience in a Customer Service Representative role
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Reliable internet connection (not using cellular data)
  • Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
  • Previous government security clearance
