Copart is a technology leader and the premier online vehicle auction platform globally, seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. This role involves understanding client needs, offering solutions, and ensuring a unique customer service experience while supporting various office functions.
Responsibilities
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Position may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support. Answer and place call in a professional manner
- Measured on call quality – (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to place follow-up calls)
- Focus on a call resolution & use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Other duties as assigned
