Freelancer- Local TV Buying Coordinator - Part Time Local Investment Team
Canvas Worldwide is an independent media agency recognized for its innovative solutions in the advertising industry. The role involves supporting reporting needs for local TV buying, primarily pulling reports, ensuring accuracy, and assisting with data input and coding for audits.
Responsibilities
- Will be supporting all the reporting needs for the ongoing Kia audit
- Primary responsibility will be pulling reports, ensuring accuracy, assisting with proper coding, and zip-filing them to the auditor
- Duties could expand as expertise grows
- Will work closely with the Client Director (primarily local, with light support potentially for National)
- Input data into media system and into Excel to form reports, zip files
- Pull reports (MediaOcean experience is a plus but will train)
- Proficiency with Microsoft product Excel required
