What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
  • Recording information in the Communication Log and looking up member information using proprietary ASH systems
  • Forwarding logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
  • Transferring callers to the appropriate queue for more complex issues
  • Utilizing appropriate resources to provide timely responses

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one-year experience in customer service, with inbound call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment
  • Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions
