Continuous Process Improvement Specialist II

This position will play a critical role in conducting thorough evaluations of process adherence, identifying inefficiencies, analyzing risks, and providing actionable recommendations to improve overall performance and safeguard operational integrity. We are looking for a Continuous Process Improvement Specialist who will:

• Drive process documentation, mapping, and analysis by applying structured methodologies to uncover inefficiencies and enable improvements that support strategic business objectives.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop targeted solutions by leveraging performance data to resolve operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
• Support cross-functional teams in executing process changes by coordinating stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Research and benchmark internal and external practices by analyzing industry trends to inform process enhancements and foster innovation.
• Document and standardize revised processes by creating clear procedures and compliance checks to ensure consistency and operational efficiency..
• Report project status, updates, and outcomes by preparing concise communications to inform leadership and guide strategic decisions.

• Project management: Basic project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor improvement initiatives.
• Data-driven decision making: Comfortable using data to make informed decisions and measure the impact of process improvements (KPIs implementation for audits).
• Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
