Key Responsibilities:

As an Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Onboarding:

Customer Success:

Provide exceptional support to existing customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise. This includes proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and timely issue resolution.

Relationship Building:

Process Improvement:

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years

of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the e-commerce or software industry.
