About the Role

As a Customer Support Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in materializing our value proposition by delivering a safe, reliable, and superior customer experience. To achieve this, you'll need to generate high-value customer processes efficiently and scalably. Your mission will be to:

  • Track and analyze customer operations, identifying potential problems, incidents, and critical issues with a proactive and analytical approach.
  • Resolve critical cases with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Understand the main pain points in the driver experience for each process and propose improvements.
  • Identify complex problems, break them down into simpler ones, and develop and lead action plans to solve them.
  • Communicate the impacts and consequences of processes and decisions to other areas of the company.
  • Develop proposals for process improvements, both internally and externally, based on analysis work.
  • Present results, data analysis, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Knowledge of process design and redesign, creation of manuals, flowcharts, and management indicators.
  • More than 2 years of experience in operational process improvement, consulting, or related fields.
  • A customer-centric vision (CX).
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in problem-solving.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, scenario simulation, and quantitative methods.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Profound knowledge and experience in reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
