Job Summary

As a Customer Service Care Representative & Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Accurately and efficiently process data entry tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Entering customer information into our database + Processing transactions and updates + Maintaining accurate records and files

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
