Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or crisis intervention is a plus

  • Flexible schedule, with availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of clients
