Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Monroeville, USA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from plan members, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Offer solutions to help plan members better understand their coverage and make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field

  • Experience in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
