Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Administrator at blithequark, you will be responsible for participating in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a range of topics, including:

  • Child-related products and services
  • Cell phones and mobile devices
  • Entertainment, including TV shows, movies, and video games
  • Food, including fast food, casual dining, and upscale dining
  • Sports, including casual viewers and die-hard fans
  • Electronics, including devices and preferences
  • Pets, including dogs, cats, and other animals
  • Automobiles, including ownership, leasing, and usage

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
  • Participating by completing written and oral instructions
  • Completing written surveys provided for each panel
  • Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date

Qualifications

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:

  • Have a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
  • Have access to a reliable internet connection
  • Be willing to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
  • Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions

Experience

No experience is required for this position, but you must be able to work independently and be comfortable sharing your opinions and experiences with others.

Compensation

You will be compensated for your participation in the following ways:

  • $300-$750 for multi-session studies

Educational Requirements

A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this position.
