Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion, you'll work diligently with customers, providing solutions, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. Your goal will be to resolve customer issues on the first call, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll be empowered to own your customer interactions, making decisions and taking actions to deliver exceptional service.

Brand Champion Skillset

* 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Excellent Communications skills
  • Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
  • Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
