Job Summary

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be part of our California team. As a full-time role, you'll be working from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and can expect a competitive hourly salary ranging from $15 to $20. You'll be an integral part of our customer service team, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their experience with blithequark is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly and professionally to their concerns.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the root cause of the problem, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Expedite corrections or adjustments as needed, following up to ensure that issues are fully resolved.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records by updating account information, ensuring that our systems reflect the latest customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous customer service experience is highly valued, as is experience with CRM systems and practices. If you have a background in customer-facing roles or have worked with CRM software, you'll be well-positioned to excel in this position.
