Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Development: Design and launch an enterprise‑class customer marketing program that aligns with arenaflex’s corporate strategy and growth objectives.
  • Brand Amplification: Leverage customer advocacy to boost brand awareness, generate demand, and support sales pipelines across all regions.
  • Integrated Engagement Blueprint: Craft a holistic, multi‑channel strategy that blends digital campaigns, in‑person events, and community initiatives to maximize customer influence.
  • Advocate Activation: Identify, recruit, and nurture arenaflex advocates, turning them into passionate ambassadors through webinars, podcasts, social media takeovers, and live events.
  • Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Leadership: Build and manage state‑of‑the‑art briefing centers that deliver immersive, data‑driven experiences for C‑level guests and partners.
  • Advisory Board & Summit Management: Organize and facilitate high‑impact advisory boards, customer summits, and speaking engagements that surface market insights and foster thought leadership.
  • Storytelling & Content Production: Uncover compelling customer success narratives, translate them into case studies, video testimonials, whitepapers, and interactive formats.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing Ops to ensure advocacy initiatives are tightly integrated with go‑to‑market plans.
  • Performance Measurement: Define, track, and report on KPIs such as advocate acquisition rates, engagement scores, content reach, and revenue influence.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team of marketers, producers, and community managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and fun.
  • Process Maturity & Efficiency: Implement scalable processes, automation tools, and best‑practice frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10‑15+ years of progressive experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related fields, with a proven record of launching cross‑functional programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling Executive Briefing Centers, advisory boards, and high‑visibility customer events.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability—crafting narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Executive presence and polished communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Leadership experience focused on team development, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
