Key Responsibilities

• Work with large, complex, and dynamic datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses that inform critical business decisions rapidly.
• Create ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or processes that pull data from various sources and unify it in one table.
• Develop data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of changes and special business initiatives.
• Engage with colleagues and cross-functional teams on a regular basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share relevant information, including working with Operations, Finance, and Product teams on data accuracy, completeness, and latency across various processes and systems.
• Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks created for reporting, such as screen captures, metrics prioritization, and anomaly detection.
• Document your processes and share your insights with your peers, and mentor your colleagues as you become a subject matter expert.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity.
• Creativity with a Client Experience foundation to develop meaningful data visualizations, preferably using tools like Tableau.
• Business Operations Familiarity, with the ability to understand and root cause business problems, ideally with a Supply Chain background and transportation experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Advanced experience in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with e-commerce operations or package carrier operations.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
