The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for leading the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
• Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
• Developing and delivering innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Providing guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out, and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Operating closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product proprietors for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups
