Responsibilities

As a Remote WFH Full Time Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately and efficiently input data into our database, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and timeliness
• Organize and maintain data, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness, and performing data entry tasks in a timely manner, meeting deadlines set by management
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure proper information is being entered, and assist with quality assurance of data, making sure it is error-free
• Report any discrepancies or errors to management, and work to resolve them promptly, while maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive data and information
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with proven experience in data entry, preferably in a remote work setting
• Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type quickly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of quality and precision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and a reliable computer and high-speed internet access
