About the Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in influencing generic utilization, therapy changes, and providing education to patients while maintaining our company's reputation for high-quality service. You'll work independently and as part of a greater team to communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. This role requires a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients

• Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
• Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
• Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information
• Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist
• Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone

• 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
• Must reside in the state of Nevada
• Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

• Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:
