Job Summary

As a Sales Executive International, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects in a defined geographic territory or on an account basis. You'll focus on driving sales growth and revenue through the development of new business opportunities, troubleshooting customer problems, and enhancing existing customer relationships. This is a remote role that offers the flexibility and freedom to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal sales targets and drive revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects through regular communication and engagement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize results
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, as set by management

Essential Functions

* Organize large amounts of information and establish priorities to achieve sales goals

  • Achieve major account sales and complex international sales through effective relationship-building and sales strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales

  • At least one year of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in an international market

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Ability to travel overnight as required, with moderate travel expected (up to 20% of the time)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven sales skills and experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software and tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales

  • At least two years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in an international market
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with a strong understanding of international markets and cultures

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $51,975 - $98,250
