About the Team

The Recruiting Technology & Analytics team at DoorDash is responsible for designing and delivering strategic technology projects and data-driven insights to support the Recruiting Team's efforts to hire the best talent in the world. We are developing technology solutions in and around Greenhouse and Workday, data visualizations in Tableau, and are looking to build the team to support and enable continued growth. About the Role

As a Program Manager, Recruiting Technology at DoorDash, you will work directly with senior leaders and partners, and external providers to assess, scope, and design programs and systems that facilitate and enhance our current recruiting process. You will be responsible for providing program management expertise for recruiting programs, including project plan creation, workflows, meeting operating cadence, key documentation, and governing processes. You will also anticipate future recruiting program needs for our evolving and diverse workforce, leverage data and analytics to influence decisions and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of recruiting initiatives and programs, and optimize the use of tools and technology to increase candidate engagement and flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management expertise for recruiting programs, including project plan creation, workflows, meeting operating cadence, key documentation, and governing processes
  • Anticipate future recruiting program needs for our evolving and diverse workforce
  • Leverage data and analytics to influence decisions and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of recruiting initiatives and programs
  • Optimize the use of tools and technology to increase candidate engagement and flow
  • Work with vendors to help optimize use of all recruiting / sourcing platforms (Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, vSource, TapRecruit, Greenhouse and others)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and build integrated recruiting technology solutions, including the Greenhouse to Workday integration
  • Build infrastructure so that DoorDash can produce targeted intelligence and market mapping for current and future talent acquisition needs
  • Evaluate and lead the implementation of new recruiting / sourcing technologies

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting or recruiting program management roles, preferably at high-growth consumer or enterprise technology companies
  • Exceptional project management skills, the ability to track and manage complex processes, and a desire to lead multiple teams and multiple projects
  • A demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building
  • Ability to engage with senior functional leaders across the business and influence their strategic thinking
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Growth-minded and eager to expand your skill set
  • Ability to understand both the big picture and the details
  • Adaptability, resiliency, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with recruiting technology platforms, including Greenhouse and Workday
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
