Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Power Platform Developer to join our team on a remote basis, specifically for our project with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a critical role in developing enhancements and providing support for the Texas HHS Legislative Tracking System (LTS) 2.0 Power Platform application. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.
• Develop Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process Flows for automation and process improvement.
• Design and develop Power BI reports to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications.
• Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning.
• Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Essential Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development.
• 8+ years of experience with Agile development processes and sprint planning.
• 8+ years of experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.
• 8+ years of experience in design and development of Power BI reports.
• 8+ years of experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process Flows.
• Good understanding of Dataverse tables and uses.
• Good understanding of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.

Soft Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
• 3+ years of experience with teamwork and collaboration with other functional and technical staff on projects.
• 3+ years of experience working independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Experience working with government agencies or in the public sector.
