About the Role: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure using industry best practices. What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement automation solutions.

• Improve engineer productivity through platform automation.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and testing of IT I&O applications.

• Reduce deployment complexity and time-to-market.

• Design and build internal developer platforms and self-service tools.

• Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and cost-efficiency of our hybrid cloud infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and applications.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and DevOps practices.

• Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow their skills and knowledge, participating in architectural reviews and technical decision-making.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience working as a Cloud Software Engineer/DevOps Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of public and hybrid cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and VMWare.

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Internal tooling development experience, including API development and integration experience.

• Founded knowledge of DevSecOps principles and security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux).

• Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd).

• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, DataDog, Splunk, or similar.

• Observability beyond monitoring (distributed tracing).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

• Certification in AWS or GCP.

• Experience with serverless computing and cloud-native architecture.

• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
