Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company.Our team goal is to develop useful products so people can work better. You will contribute to this goal by analyzing the various applications developed by our programmer-analysts. You will be in charge of writing user stories, analyzing acceptance criteria and writing functional files as needed. To do this, you will collaborate closely with our team of developers.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.

• Participate in small and medium-sized development projects

• Analyze user’s needs and define innovative solutions according to their business needs

• Write and break down user stories based on needs

• Develop and review functional specifications files and use cases as needed

• Support the implementation team

• Support the users during evaluation tests.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job.

• College diploma and/or university degree in technology

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst

• Experience in the development of Web applications

• Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and Services oriented architecture (SOA)

• Knowledge of the Confluence software, an asset

• Knowledge Team Foundation Server (TFS), an asset

• Written and spoken bilingualism (French, English).

Reasons for the requirement of English: Sherweb has international customers and fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele at all times.
