To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel with a strong background in contract law and privacy compliance to join our Legal team. In this role, you’ll contribute to building a scalable, business-friendly legal framework that supports our fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting daily operations and strategic initiatives across the business.

This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in dynamic contexts and enjoys combining legal expertise with a pragmatic approach to risk and compliance.

You will be responsible for:

• Contract Management and Negotiation: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including service, vendor, partnership, and client agreements.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Monitoring of regulatory developments related to the company's business.
• Data Protection and Privacy Compliance: Providing business-focused legal advice on data protection and privacy, ensuring GDPR compliance, and supporting the DPO with assessments and documentation.
• Legal Risk Advisory and Stakeholder Support: Partnering with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks, give legal advice and support decision-making.
• Policy and Process Improvement: Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of internal policies, contract templates, and compliance processes.
• Legal and Compliance Training Support: Supporting internal training initiatives to raise awareness around contractual and privacy-related topics.
• Collaboration with External Counsel: Working closely with external legal counsels when required.

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• You are a qualified lawyer in Italy with a strong background in reputable law firms with at least 4/5 years of overall experience across (preferably) both private practice and in-house roles.
• Proven expertise in contract law and privacy compliance.
• A pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Excellent English and Italian communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities with autonomy and effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
