Requirements

• Support ongoing requests for our existing websites as they come in through our project management team.
• Contribute to building or updating of scalable and maintainable solutions for our existing websites, using modular and reusable components.
• Support new development efforts for our component based website systems, while keeping an eye on proper integration with our underlying content management system.
• Maintain and improve overall performance of our websites, while simultaneously ensuring we maintain compliant with current standards and best practices - especially around accessibility.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proficiency in object oriented programming
• Proficiency in implementing responsive code
• Experience developing with an eye on accessibility
• Experience developing on Drupal
• Experience with intrinsic design principles
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have:

● Experience with PHP and MySQL a plus
