Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content. Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.Main tasks and responsibilitiesDevelop and implement online marketing strategies, such as SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns for the North America marketCreate and manage engaging online content, such as blog articles, videos, graphics, and ads; and monitoring and analyzing their performanceManage and grow the digital presence of the company or brand in various platforms for the regionStay up to date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curveAbility to work closely with our global digital marketing teamManage our third-party digital marketing agency Manage budget accordinglyBe able to analyze campaigns and make recommendations, whether it is a replacement of ad creatives, a technical change in the ad set up or a full restructure of a campaignResponsible for understanding the unique marketing strategy for each line of business and creating tailored marketing plans to achieve the specific goals of eachOversees the execution of marketing plans, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while effectively measuring and analyzing their performance to drive continuous improvementSome travel required: local up to 25% and international up to 5%Other duties as assignedAccountabilities:Working in partnership with the Product & Sales Support Team, manage and administrate the development of digital marketing campaigns to meet objectives for all paid and organic digital activitiesExecute multi-channel initiatives and campaigns across prospect and customer lifecycles, ensuring the alignment of communications, messaging and direction across all channels establishing budget guidelines, documenting processes, and providing informed supportIdentify effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordinglyPresent ideas and final deliverables to the Product Support Team, pertaining to digital marketing programs, strategies, and budgetsWhat you'll need to succeedEducation:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field of studyWorking experience:5-10 years of experience in the digital media buying space, with focus a on paid social, SEM and programmaticExperience in digital marketing, or a related fieldExperience with LinkedIn, META Ads or other marketing platformsExperience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword researchExperience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantageExperience with working in a matrix organization is an advantageExperience from an agency (not required)Skills and competencies:SEO knowledgeIn-depth knowledge of current digital trendsProficiency in photo and video editing softwareUnderstanding of website analytics tools, such as Google AnalyticsAnalytical mind, with a passion for measuring dataCreative digital concept development skillsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to follow projects and tasks through to the endGreat collaborations skillsPersonal attributes or qualities: Finds our company values: caring, reliable and pioneering appealing and he/she can relate to these and how they will affect the responsibilities and accountabilities of the positionHigh sense of urgencyService and customer focusedPassionate about driving performance improvementsProcess orientedInterested to join?If you are excited about this opportunity, please submit your Resume/CV today for consideration!HIAB USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
