In the job role as a Principal Architect you will be part of a team that enables the needed transformation and improves cross portfolio architecture alignment. The team is responsible for driving the holistic architecture for Vonage and the needed governance and community that enables it. We work closely with architects across Vonage and Ericsson.

• Lead cross Vonage architecture, ensuring it supports our mission to deliver innovative and compliant solutions and drive the technology evolution
• Identify the need-, drive-, and participate in-, architecture evolution studies  
• Drive the evolution of the architecture together with the architecture community           
• When applicable, participate in architecture governance bodies across the Vonage organization and there contribute to a sound and aligned architecture
• Engage in Technology Strategy work

• Extensive experience in a comparable strategic Architecture role where you have had company wide/product impact
• Communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Technical expertise across (not all!)
• Telecommunications and CPaaS
• Cloud deployments, preferably public cloud and aaS deliveries
• Implementation architecture 
• Modern development methods like DevSecOps etc
• Security and compliance 
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead and motivate in an individual contributor role
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Adaptability: stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
