Requirements

• Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain clear, accurate, and user-oriented technical documentation for end users, developers, and internal stakeholders.
• Write user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, API documentation, release notes, and technical diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, QA, and support teams to understand complex technical features and processes.
• Standardize and structure documentation following best practices for usability and readability.
• Continuously update documentation based on new product versions, user feedback, or technical changes.
• Participate in content reviews and coordinate approval workflows with technical and business teams.

• Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in technical environments (e.g., software, SaaS, DevOps, cloud).

• Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Experience documenting REST APIs, technical architectures, data flows, or complex systems.

• Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Notion, Swagger/OpenAPI, Git, or documentation platforms like ReadTheDocs.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
