The DCX PMO Business Partner I acts as a foundational support role within the organization, assisting customers in understanding and navigating their business processes. This position requires a basic understanding of customer operations, effective communication skills, and the ability to utilize technology tools to facilitate project execution.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Foundational Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of business processes with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Eager to assist in identifying challenges and contributing to solutions under guidance.

  • Project Support Skills: Strong organizational skills to help manage tasks and priorities within projects, with support from senior team members.

  • Data Analytics Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in creating analytics and data visualizations using technology tools, presenting technical data as actionable recommendations.

  • Basic Technical Skills: Fundamental skills in Workday or HubSpot, including knowledge of configuration and maintenance, along with the ability to build analytics and manage data within these modules.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Basic Business Process Knowledge

    • Maintain a foundational understanding of customer business processes and their relevance to departmental functions to support effective collaboration.

  • Project Objective Understanding

    • Understand customer project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational capabilities while clarifying requirements and expectations.

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Technical Expertise – Data Analytics and Reporting

    • Develop data visualizations and analytics using Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint, ensuring accuracy through data cleaning and manipulation.

    • Create technology-driven reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights aligned with business needs and compliance.

  • Technical Expertise – Workday or HubSpot (Optional)

    • Utilize basic administration skills in tools like Workday HCM and HubSpot to support project execution and maintain data integrity through regular audits.

    • Identify process improvements and provide user training to optimize tool utilization.

  • Project Support

    • Assist in project execution under guidance, contributing to progress monitoring and problem-solving with team members.

  • Team Collaboration

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication and integration of business processes, sharing ideas for workflow improvement in meetings.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: At least one (1) year of direct project management or process improvement experience. Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Primary exposure to Workday, Asana, and any other project management tool is advantageous.

  • Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: Php 65,000.00 – Php 75,000.00

  • Industry: Business Process Outsourcing

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (US)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (US)
