Our team members love working with us because of our care for their career & educational goals. We have many team members who go on to Graduate School to pursue a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Qualified candidates will start with a part-time schedule of patients. You will provide 100% of your caseload with Teletherapy speech therapy protocols, if desired. On occasion, there will be opportunities to perform traditional in-person sessions, depending on your schedule and desire. These In-Clinic setting sessions are optional (your choice). Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Under direction of a very experienced SLP Clinical Director, provide individual pediatric speech therapy in Teletherapy, remotely (from home or home office)
• Implement approved treatments for speech, language, fluency, articulation, expressive and receptive language delays, and hearing
• Document clientʼs progress and report to supervising SLP
• Provide parent education regarding speech improvement strategies via Teletherapy or In-Person modalities (on occasion)
• Utilize effective and professional communication skills, remotely or in-person (on occasion)
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• California State License as an SLPA, SLP-A, or in the licensing process
• Or: Associates (AA) or Bachelors (BA/BS) in Communicative Disorders pursuing licensure as an SLPA or SLP-A, sometimes called an SLPA Intern
• Reside in California
• Current TB test
• Current CPR certification
• Pediatric experience is a plus
• Commitment to excellence & honesty in all that you do

For this position, there is No Driving to meet patients, and No Home Health patients that you will have to visit. Speech Therapy will be provided from the comfort of your home or home office via Teletherapy protocols with Google Meet. In addition, when you occasionally are at our Clinic in the city of Chino, you will have a dedicated therapy room for the time you spend in our clinical setting (if you decide to visit). There is no requirement to visit us at our clinic. This position, if you decide, can be fully remote.
