Based at One World Trade Center in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan, Vogue began as a weekly newspaper in 1892 before becoming a monthly magazine years later. Since its founding, Vogue has featured numerous actors, musicians, models, athletes, and other prominent celebrities. Your Role

• Learn Conde Nast’s talent acquisition process and assist with sourcing and screening candidates.
• Launch and create content for Conde Nast Careers Tik Tok account.
• Manage Conde Nast Careers' social media accounts including Tiktok, Instagram, and LinkedIn with a focus on improving the employer brand.
• Provide support to global programs and projects designed to create and sustain an environment of professional growth, performance management, talent assessment, and employee engagement at Condé Nast.
• Support the ongoing performance enablement process (e.g., performance check-ins, year-end performance discussions, goal setting, etc.).
• Support programs related to culture and change initiatives including but not limited to: mentoring, performance management, and onboarding.
• Assist with the coordination of training, speaker events, and webinars.

Training & Development In 2014, the company launched Institut des Métiers d’Excellence (IME), a hands-on, internal training program. The free, year-long vocational training school is designed to impart luxury-specific qualifications for jobs across LVMH’s 70 brands to the next generation of talent, according to Chantal Gaemperle, group executive vice president of human resources and synergies at LVMH. To date, the program has trained over 800 apprentices; the group inducted a new class of 300 trainees in October, 10 times more than it trained in its first iteration.

• Pursuing studies in human resources, labour relations, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.

• Highly skilled at creating and maintaining social media content (Specifically, TikTok, and Instagram).
• An interest in using analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Ability to be resourceful, detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated.
• Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Unafraid of suggesting new ways of looking at problems, taking creative ideas and putting them into practice, and seeking out diverse perspectives.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and/or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
• Rising senior.
• Ability to work out of the 1 WTC office on a hybrid basis.
