Radiology Scheduling Coordinator

As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a talented Radiology Scheduler to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing healthcare delivery. This isn’t just any role – our representatives are the liaison between our patients and the imaging centers we partner with. A successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively helping patients schedule, solving complex issues, fielding inquiries, and keeping exceptional care at the core of every decision and action, and possess the ability to self-manage in an office setting. Duties

• Receive inbound calls from patients looking to schedule diagnostic imaging appointments
• Make outbound calls to patients and providers when needed to schedule appointments
• Identify the needs of the patient, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives while providing outstanding customer service
• Provide an empathetic experience while building sustainable relationships with patients by “going the extra mile”
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our internal database

Background & Experience:

• High school diploma with 4+ years of experience or the equivalent in customer service or medical field
• 4+ years of experience in a radiology imaging center.
• Exceptional customer service as well as written and verbal communication
• We prefer candidates that can speak and help patients in Spanish.

Remote Position Requirements Assist Health requires all full-time remote team members to to have the following equipment :

• Desktop Computer with windows operating system (MAC and laptops not supported)
• Dual Monitor Setup
• Noise Cancelling Headphone
• Webcam
• Hardwired internet (Wifi not acceptable)
