Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from Apple customers.

Provide accurate information and guidance on Apple products, services, and accounts.

Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers find the right solutions.

Assist customers with billing, order status, repairs, and account management.

Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic tone during all customer interactions.

Log and track customer cases in Apple’s system for follow-up and resolution.

Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn Apple systems and processes.

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free home environment.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a compatible computer setup.

Work Schedule & Environment:

Part-time position with flexible shifts available (evenings, weekends, and weekdays).

Fully remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.
