We are an accredited Adventure Travel Company seeking outgoing and experienced individuals for our Disney Specialist Agent position. As an Independent Consultant, you will work from home booking “all things Disney”.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, create, and execute custom Disney itineraries for customers
- Effectively communicate and handle issues that arise for customers before, during, and after their experience to ensure satisfaction
- Complete ongoing training to maintain and earn certification within the Disney industry
- Attend ongoing webinars to become specialized with Disney’s packages, special events, promotions etc.
- Remain current regarding changes within Disney’s tourism industry
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Disney sales background is required
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented, and organized
- Must have reliable internet access and a computer
