Key Responsibilities As a Remote General Clerk, your duties will be diverse and critical to our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Digital Document Management: Maintain an organized digital filing system for all records and correspondence, ensuring easy access and proper archiving in cloud-based storage.

Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in databases and spreadsheets, verifying data integrity and consistency across various systems.

Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing emails and other digital correspondence, routing them to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner.

Virtual Communication: Answer and direct phone calls using a Voice over IP (VoIP) system, taking messages and providing information to clients and staff with professionalism.

Scheduling: Assist with scheduling virtual appointments and meetings, managing calendars for team members as needed.

Support: Perform other general administrative tasks as required to support the team and overall remote office functions.

Qualifications & Skills Experience: Previous experience in a clerical, administrative, or office support role is preferred.

Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Dropbox).

Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and a meticulous approach to all tasks.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for a remote setting.

Organization: Superior organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.

Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Typing Speed: A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is desirable.

Remote Work Environment Requirements Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace.

Reliable Internet: A stable, high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless virtual meetings and data access.

Technical Setup: A computer with a working webcam and microphone. The company will provide specific equipment as needed.
