Rigdon is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. You will have ownership of the dedicated account’s profitability through the day to day operations, which include fleet management and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction. The operational functions include supervision of personnel, revenue generation, billing, equipment maintenance monitoring, and driver payroll to our clients across Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Texas, and Arkansas. Responsibilities: Proactively Manage Schedules: Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and resolve them promptly. Ensure efficient allocation of resources for timely and effective service delivery. Initiate Communication: Communicate promptly with clients and technicians regarding schedule changes. Minimize disruptions by maintaining clear and open lines of communication. Monitor Technician Progress: Continuously track technician movements using GPS systems. Address any deviations from the schedule promptly to maintain efficiency. Forecast Supply Needs: Regularly assess inventory levels. Ensure technicians have the necessary supplies without interruption by forecasting demand accurately. Analyze Scheduling Data: Collect and analyze data related to scheduling. Identify trends and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making. Identify Marketing Opportunities: Monitor customer demand patterns. Collaborate with the marketing team to expand efforts aligning with business goals. Manage Financial Transactions: Ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment collection. Maintain positive cash flow and handle any discrepancies. Solve Problems Proactively: Approach operational challenges with innovative solutions. Enhance overall efficiency and service delivery. Seek Process Improvements: Actively gather feedback from clients and technicians. Implement changes to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously seek knowledge about industry trends and best practices. Incorporate relevant updates into daily operations. Close Out and Invoice Jobs: Ensure all jobs are properly closed out and invoiced in a timely manner. Process Credit Card Payments: Handle the processing of credit card payments efficiently and securely. Collect on Balances: Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely collection. Prepare Payroll Reports: Generate accurate payroll reports and assist in payroll processing. Other tasks as assigned. Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Basic understanding of financial management and invoicing.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific best practices and trends. Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with the industry related to the company’s services.
  • Experience with inventory management and forecasting.
  • Background in customer service and client relations.
  • An up to date and fast laptop or desktop computer and extremely fast and reliable internet access must be direct connection.
  • Rigdon will provide the required phone equipment.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, working from home.
  • This position may require occasional after-hours availability to keep up with daily tasks.

  • Eligible for benefits after completing a 60-day probationary period.
  • Up to 80 hours of paid time off per year (prorated in the first year).
